What we collect

  • Email address — when you contact support or receive a License Key.
  • License Key and plan — to verify your subscription and manage quota.
  • Usage data — synthesis counts and text lengths, used to operate the service and show your remaining quota.

How we use your data

  • We use your data solely to provide the VoxDub service: verifying licenses, tracking quota, delivering support, and improving reliability.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Voice samples

  • Voice samples you upload are used only to create your cloned voice model, and only with your verified consent.
  • You can delete a cloned voice and its model at any time from the extension, and we will remove the associated samples on request.

Storage & security

  • Data is stored on secure infrastructure with access limited to authorized personnel. Transmission is encrypted in transit.

Your rights & deletion

  • You may request deletion of your data at any time. To request deletion or ask any privacy question, email support@voxdub.app.
